Get Your Blog on Kindle
 In General

KindleIf you have been needing a reason to get those blog posts written, here it is. You can get your blog on kindle!

You can get your blog published for the Kindle Marketplace in about five minutes! Sign up for a free account at https://kindlepublishing.amazon.com. Then you will be asked for your site RSS feed (which is usually your url /feed) and your URL, along with a screenshot of your site and a screenshot of your masthead. You will also be asked for how you would like to receive payment. Amazon charges a nominal fee for each subscription, which they do a fee split with you. But, I wouldn’t expect to get rich here.

Before it goes live, the Kindle team will have to review your site and then they will let you know in 48-72 hours when it is available for people to subscribe to. It is a great way to get some extra exposure for your site and you can tell people your blog is published on Kindle.

Remember, writing is a skill that can be polished and writing blog posts that people want to read takes putting yourself out there. This, too, is a muscle that must be flexed. If you don’t feel slightly anxious when posting something, it is probably not going to be something that makes a difference.

Get your blog on kindle to get posts out there like never before and get them read:-)

Your newsletter program is a great example of email marketing. The mail-outs are always informative and interesting.

    Thanks for all you do.

very true about "feeling anxious" of what you've written before clicking publish.

But what is the likely hood of someone paying for the kindle version when they can get it for free?

You are so right. It gives you a link back to your site and it lets you say that you are and maybe some people like to get their info to read on the Kindle at their leisure.
