Let it Snow
Did you know that you can make your website snow? Although there are lots of other snow plugins, Simply Snow is easy to set up and won’t slow your site down with unnecessary bells and whistles. If you need something with more options use the Googles.
Decorate for the Holidays
If you are not going to send holiday cards maybe you could muster up the energy to add a Christmas branch with a shiny ball on it to the top right corner of your website. Check out The plugin, Christmas Ball on a Branch. It is a nice touch.

E-Commerce Gift Wrapping
If you sell gifts for the holidays you could wrap the images up with a nice red bow.
