SteelMart, Inc. processes, sells, and delivers steel throughout the southeast U.S. The company’s dedication to its customers, employees, and vendors has feuled its growth to a $60 million business with two locations and 130 employees.
Early in 2019, SteelMart was ready to evolve to the next step with a more thorough online presence. We kicked off the project with a tour of their 120,000 SF facility. It became clear they needed a site that was comensurate with the impressive scale of their operation.
After completing a competitive analysis of websites in their space, we knew that the new site needed to include images and description for all of their various products and processing capabilities. The new website, lets Steelmart’s potential customers easily understand the scope of their business and how it can meet their steel processing needs.
We used inforgraphics with numbers that showed their capabilities, addressing common industry concerns up-front and easing the minds of new customers placing large orders or requesting complicated processing.
