I was looking at our customer list the other day and saw that our New Tricks team has designed and developed websites for more than 300 businesses. We’ve also provided website training, social media and email marketing campaigns and training.
The good and the bad of this industry is that websites, user-experience, social media, SEO and digital marketing techniques are always changing. That keeps things interesting but its also good that I’m an avid reader and researcher so I can keep up with it all.
And since I do this when I get questions from my clients, I like to write up the information to share it so that you, my readers, learn something new.
Six years ago, I made a commitment to write at least one blog post each week and send it out to my list. One step at a time, we’ve now accumulated over 500 blog posts on the New Tricks website.
After going to the trouble of writing the posts, I really do want people to read them. Each week I send a newsletter to my growing list of several thousand subscribers, by adding the first two or three paragraphs of the posts as a teaser, with a link back to the site to continue reading.
I do know some of the people on my list, and if you read my posts each week, you probably feel like you know me. But I don’t know all of you and as my list gets larger, I want to know more about who you are, what you get from my posts and what are your burning issues for the future.
This information is especially important to me now since we are creating a membership site that will offer a variety of courses that will first, help people create or tweak their websites with design and messaging to appeal to their right clients and second, to teach the tools like email marketing, content marketing, social media and SEO, needed to attract and convert those clients into customers.
I want to find out who is on my list and what they want so we can make sure we have all of our bases covered on the membership site and for some mentorship and mastermind opportunities.
So, please take a few minutes and let me know who you are, why you get the Digital Minute Newsletter and what your biggest challenges are. If you are not getting my weekly love letters, you can sign-up here. Once you are on the list, you can use this link to complete the questionnaire and tell me about yourself.
As an added incentive, I will choose four people from the completed forms to receive an complimentary hour long Talk it Out Session with me. (You must be on the mailing list to be eligible for one of the four slots).
Thanks! – Judi
