The original Sandy Springs Music website was showing its age. The logo was dated and the content did not address customer concerns with empathy or set the music school apart from others in the area.
During our in-depth interview, SSM owner David Szikman articulated customer needs like convenience, effective teachers, flexibility, and affordability. He also clarified the unique way his business addresses these needs. The resulting website content connects with David’s audience using his own words. Potential customers feel seen and take action without hesitation. The site’s new modern logo and branding bring the content to life and align with the professionalism SSM provides to its customers.
The new SSM site bottles all of the passion and knowledge the team delivers in person into an online presence that attracts music students all day, every day. When COVID-19 forced SSM to move lessons online, the powerful Elementor site design allowed David to add content about online lessons and COVID updates with ease. David’s business weathered the storm and even grew as students outside the geographic area embraced online lessons.
